For bleaching at home, consider a solution that has a bit more gusto than over-the-counter teeth-whitening systems. Dentist prescribed take-home bleaching kits offer the same dramatic results as in-office systems, but you can administer treatment at home by yourself. Dr. Johnson will send you home with a kit that includes comfortable mouth trays and a potent bleaching gel. Wear your teeth-whitening trays for an hour or two each day, and after two weeks of treatment, you'll enjoy a sparkling new smile. Many patients use take-home kits to touch up chairside treatment.
